A simple four ingredient microwave curry.

Serves: 5 

  • 1 cup (250ml) tomato sauce
  • 150g curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 chicken drumsticks

Preparation:1min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:16min 

  1. In a large round microwave safe casserole dish combine the tomato sauce, curry powder and cayenne powder then mix together.
  2. Add chicken pieces and turn to coat. Arrange chicken drumsticks in a fan with the thin part of the legs in the centre of the dish.
  3. Cover and cook in the microwave on high for 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
