    A simple potato side dish that tastes great.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 kilo red potatoes, washed and quartered
    • 3 tablespoons (60g) butter, melted
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Place the potatoes in a baking dish.
    2. In a small bowl combine melted butter, garlic, salt and lemon juice; pour over the potatoes and stir to coat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes.
    3. Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
