Green mango relish

This mango relish is a refreshing side dish to serve with fried fish.



Serves: 4 

  • 1 green mango
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Peel mango and dice.
  2. Place mango and remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
