Erin's Wedgy Bake
This recipe is Christmas Day must for my whole family, we have had this dish at every Christmas Day for many years, there is never any left overs!!!

1 x packet of frozen original potato wedges
2 x 300ml bottles of thickened or light thickened cream (may not use all of both bottles)
2 x handfuls of diced bacon
2 x handfuls of shredded tasty cheese

50 min › Ready in:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
In a low casserole dish, pour in all potato wedges.
Pour in the thickened cream until it just covers the top of the wedges.
Place in oven for around 50 minutes depending on oven.
After 30 minutes sprinkle the cheese and bacon over the top and return to the oven.
Once the cheese is melted and the wedges are tender it's ready.

Altered ingredient amounts.
I used slightly less wedges (they were spicy ones too) and added bacon lardons which was easier than cutting some bacon up! I have to admit to using more than 2 handfuls of cheese (but not mature)!
