My Mango Daiquiri

    My Christmas tradition - the mango daiquiri

    Serves: 6 

    • 4 large ripe mangoes
    • 1 1/2 cups white rum
    • 1/2 cup cointreau
    • 1/3 cup lime juice
    • 2 cups crushed ice
    • glace cherries and orange slices to serve

    1. Peel and dice the mangoes, put into blender with the rum, cointreau, lime juice and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into frosted glasses. Stick glace cherry and slice of orange onto a toothpick and slide into a glass.
