    These cute little pudding truffles make great gifts and are fantastic when kicking back after wrapping presents with a warm cup of eggnog and eating these delightful little treats. Another reason these truffles are so great is because you can make them well in advance and freeze them until needed.

    Serves: 10 

    • 700g of good quality Christmas fruit cake
    • 1/2 cup of brandy (any brand is suitable)
    • 1/2 cup icing sugar
    • 250gm of milk chocolate or dark chocolate
    • 100g white chocolate
    • red jelly lollies

    Preparation:25min  ›  Cook:1hour  ›  Ready in:1hour25min 

    1. Crumble fruitcake into a bowl.
    2. Melt milk/dark chocolate and add to fruitcake with the brandy and icing sugar.
    3. Stir mixture until combined and then roll into little balls.
    4. Refrigerate little balls until cold.
    5. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the top of the balls to form dribbles which look like custard poured over.
    6. Top the truffle off with a small red jelly lolly to resemble a cherry.
