Only giving 4 stars b/c I didn't make Exactly like the recipe. I have been making this potato salad for Years! I hard boil the eggs about half way through the cooking of the potatoes so they come out both at the same time. I always add mustard and chopped dill pickle along with black olives. My family and I are not fans of sweet potato salad so this is perfect for us! Thanks Ruffwood for giving us a true winning salad! - 28 May 2013
