Sprinkle a generous amount of rosemary, a pinch of salt and a little pepper on one side of each piece.
Grill bread until golden brown. Serve immediately -- it will lose its crunch as time passes!
For extra flavour, you can also add garlic to the olive oil.
I must add that my Mister devised the original, using flat bread instead of French stick. Either way works beautifully, but I recommend using flat bread if you want it really crisp and crunchy, and using French stick if you want it crusty ^_^
