Mini Plum Puddings

    Simple to make and great with tea, coffee or a Christmas drink!

    Serves: 12 

    • 1 tinned plum pudding
    • 2 tablespoons rum or whisky
    • 375g dark or milk chocolate,melted
    • 100g white chocolate, melted
    • holly sprigs to decorate [optional]

    1. Crumble the pudding into a bowl.
    2. Add rum or whisky a little at a time, working it in by hand, you may need more or less liquid,depending on the pudding.
    3. Take tablespoons of mixture and form into small balls.
    4. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
    5. Place in refrigerator for a few minutes to set, then drizzle with white chocolate to simulate custard.
    6. Decorate with holly. Keep in airtight container in a cool place.
