Easy moist and tasty (healthy!) loaf, with no eggs or fat.
Looking for a fruit cake recipe low in sugar as my daghter has recently been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, so i tried this and it was amazing. I did have to tweak it to use items i had in my cupboard, eg oat bran instead of all bran and i threw in dried apricots, lowering the amount of sultanas.
