This is a great way to cook salmon, the pecan crumb is held on with a tasty Dijon and honey combination which creates a flavour explosion.
Altered ingredient amounts. I added a few more pecans and not quite as much parsley. I also made more of the honey, dijon and butter mixture to add to the mashed potatoes - tasted great - 02 Feb 2010
This recipe is lovely & so easy to make. I made it for my husband and I for tea on New Year's Day 2016. He said it was the best Salmon he had ever had! No changes were made. Served it with potato bake & a green salad. - 01 Jan 2016
