Topdeck slice

    50 minutes

A simple delicious slice to serve as dessert or to have with a cup of very nice coffee. Very easy to make, with not too many ingredients. It improves with age so is better made a day or so before you eat. For a very rich, muddy slice, reduce cooking time by 8-10 minutes

Loved it! Best brownies I've made at home! I added half a bar of good dark chocolate to the first step to make it more chocolately. I also forgot to add the egg to the cream cheese mix, but it didn't seem to matter! Will definitely be making again!  -  26 Aug 2013  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
