A super easy biscuit to bake as there is almost no measuring required. You use the whole packet of most things. Great for baking with kids.

Serves: 10 

  • 500g margarine
  • 1 tin (395g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 packet (250g)choc bits
  • 1 packet (250g) white choc bits
  • 5 cups (625g) self-raising flour
  • ½ cup sugar

Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:35min 

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Cream margarine, sugar and condensed milk with an electric beater until light and creamy.
  3. With a wooden spoon mix in flour and choc bits.
  4. Then roll desert spoons of mixture into balls and place on baking tray and cook for 15 minutes until a light golden colour.
  5. To freeze the mixture; roll mixture in a log, wrap in glad bake and freeze. To cook take from freezer and thaw before cutting into slices and cooking as above.
