These delicious biscuits are not sweet, but savoury. Ideal to serve with soup, curries or stews. My Indonesian grandmother used to whip them up in 5 minutes and sometimes we were happy with them alone for a light lunch. They are a bit of a different accompaniment to casseroles and vegie dishes and they always bring compliments from guests!
These ended up very dry and bland; if I made them again, I'd reduce the flour and add more spices. - 30 May 2016
