Delicious Chocolatey Biscuits

    This was passed to me by a friend and they are the most delicious easy biscuits.

    Serves: 50 

    • 500g butter
    • 680g chocolate chips (I have half white, half milk choc)
    • 4 cups (500g) flour
    • 2 cups (310g) brown sugar
    • 2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2 cups (440g)sugar
    • 500g Grated or chopped fine Cadbury chocolate
    • 5 cups (775g) fine oatmeal (blend in food-processor)
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Measure oatmeal. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with flour,oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and bicarbonate of soda.
    2. Add chocolate chips & grated chocolate.
    3. Roll into balls, and place 5cm apart on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C
