    People don't really expect real flowers, so light, yet conversation pieces. Good for taking as a plate or or your lunch.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 20 

    • 1 cup (155g) icing sugar
    • 250 gms softened butter
    • 2 cups (500g) plain flour
    • 5 heads English (augustifolia) lavender

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Break flowers and beat into butter.
    2. When smooth mix in icing sugar - beat well. Then add the flour and mix in well.
    3. Roll into small balls and press down with a fork.
    4. Place on non-greased tray and bake in moderate oven for 10–12 minutes until colour has changed slightly.
