Place lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper in a small jar. Cover with lid, and shake until ingredients are well mixed.

In a salad bowl, combine beans, corn, avocado, capsicum, tomatoes, spring onions and coriander. Shake lime dressing again, and pour over the salad. Stir salad to coat vegetables and beans with dressing, and serve.
I double this recipe easily and also added 1 tsp ground cumin and a bit of extra salt. Fresh coriander is a must, IMO. It presents beautifully and got lots of compliments! be sure to chop capsicums about the same size as the corn kernals for a confetti-like appearance.
