Nam Pla Prik

    This is such a simple and common Thai accompaniment/sauce. You could adjust the proportions to taste. Goes well with fried rice, noodles - just about anything..

    Serves: 4 

    • 3 small birds-eye chillies
    • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
    • 1 lime, juiced

    1. Mix all the ingredients together in a jar. Shake and let sit in the fridge for a week - if possible.
