Best beef cuts:
• Rump steak – full flavoured and lean, works well with rubs and marinades.
• Eye Fillet – the most lean and tender cut, can be dry if overcooked
• Porterhouse / Sirloin Steak – flavoursome, with a fine yet firm texture.
