There are so many great warm drinks, whether looking for a recipe to keep you warm on a chilly day or something to help you get to sleep at night.
Homemade Chai without all the artificial flavours. Use tea bags, vanilla essence, a cinnamon stick, whole cloves and ground spices. All simmered until well steeped.
Feel free to fiddle with the recipe. For example add a wafer biscuit, whipped cream, marshmellows or chocolate shavings.

A nice tea-based based punch made with fresh mint leaves and fruit juice. I think it tastes better the next day - so now make it the day before and leave it overnight in the fridge.
This is a mulled wine drink inspired by my trip to Germany, where a similar drink is a traditional part of winter celebrations.
