Because I don't usually ice my little cakes, and I suggested icing as an option once they have been cooked, I thought that I would add an icing recipe - for anyone that needs it.
Great for any cake or cupcake, easy to pipe, can also be used on biscuits. I recommend this icing if you have to take your cake/s to a party, as plastic wrap will not stick to it and make a mess. This made icing for 24 cupcakes.
