The chicken and chorizo in this recipe provide a great flavour foundation for the rich creamy cheese sauce, even my kids love it.

A chicken pasta bake is the perfect one-pot dish for an informal party. This one is healthy, hearty and utterly delicious.

This chicken and bacon pasta bake is a very cheap and filling meal that is very easy to make. Ideal for during the week for the busy family.

Chicken lasagne makes a nice lighter change from the ordinary kind. Serve with garlic bread and a salad.

This is a great way to use up leftover ingredients. It's even better if you make your own breadcrumbs with stale bread.

This recipe is totally home made and all ingredients are fresh. There are no artificial flavours, or preservatives, it can also be made to be "Dairy Free" I also prefer to make it into individual portions instead of a one piece tray which then has to be cut losing all its appeal and presentation.

A little different from a standard pasta bake, this has a great tangy flavour from mustard and barbecue sauce.

Here's a different kind of lasagne made with chicken, ricotta and spinach. It's so good that my family requests it at least once a week. Serve with diced tomato as a garnish.

This is my favourite chicken casserole because you prepare it the day ahead, then just pop it in the oven!
