Marinara Sauce

Marinara sauce usually refers to a seafood pasta sauce in Australia and New Zealand, however in Italy is just a simple tomato sauce. We have both! Try clam marinara and spaghettini marinara.

Cooked in a delicious wine-enriched tomato sauce, a nutritious mix of seafood makes an elegant partner for the thin spaghettini. Prepare a leafy mixed side salad to go with this dinner party main course.

The prawns and scallops are marinated in a tasty garlic harissa tomato based marinade The harissa adds a depth of spice and flavour , not just heat, as does the sundried tomato, cashew, parmesan paste, with the baked garlic adding a soft garlicy flavour. The lemon juice gives it a lift. Delicious! Eat on its own in lettuce cups ot mixed into spaghetti.

Pizza with Marinara Mix on top of cherry tomato sauce. Before bringing sauce to boil you could add 1/2 cup of dry white wine or a splash of vermouth.
