This is a neat Christmas chocolate treat for all ages and makes wonderful decoration for a cake. You need a cone shaped mould which can be made at home by stapling cardboard together in a cone shape or even using a kid’s party hat, and lining it with plastic wrap. Once made, this can store up to 6 weeks in the fridge.

This recipe l designed for my students and has been a great success. When rolling the truffles keep a small bowl of water next to you so that you can dip you fingertips, in order for the truffles to be rolled with ease. You may also use sprinkles instead of rolling them into coconut.
