Fry or barbecue this Cyprus style cheese and serve with a Greek salad and crusty bread. This cheese can be just as easily dry fried as it can be fried in oil and is also easily cooked on the barbecue plate. Watch out-it's addictive!

The easiest yummiest dish in the world to make, and incredibly nutritious and low fat. This dish was passed onto me by a friend when I mentioned I was trying to be vegetarian. She said that her teenage sons were really lazy, but loved making this dish. It tastes DELICIOUS and can be made in 5 - 10 minutes as a cooked lunch or quick dinner.

This is my favourite summer salad. It is such a delicious assortment of fresh and tasty flavours. I like to dress it with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

This is a quick meal to make, especially if you use a pre-made pizza base. The haloumi makes this really tasty. Serve with a green salad.

This pasta salad has something for everyone - haloumi, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, herbs and the secret ingredient - finely grated lemon rind. Very good at BBQs.

A tasty combination of zucchini and fresh herbs goes so well with salty halloumi cheese in this easy peasy frittata. To make a frittata for four, simply double the ingredients and use a larger frying pan.
