This pie is ABSOLUTELY the best meat pie I have ever had in my life! This recipe was found whilst I was on the train and found that somebody left it on the seat. So I took it. Then I made it. Thank you to who ever left it on the train! Sometimes, I just make the meat filling and serve with mashed potatoes.

This stew is traditionally for St. Patrick's Day but any time the mixture of the beef and Guinness is awesome! I usually add more beer than the recipe calls for and serve it with mashed potatoes.

This is a great steak pie that is full of large tender cubes of beef and vegetables in a thick ale gravy. The filling is pre-cooked so the baking is about getting a perfect pie crust.

A cool well poured pint of Guinness is said to taste of chocolate, so there's no better combination than Guinness and chocolate cake. Serve when still slightly warm with sweetened creme fraiche or sour cream.

I developed this recipe when I visited my ancestral home Ireland. It is one way of getting Gruiness Stout into your bread! Serve warm with butter and honey.

Hearty beef casserole with a delicious meaty gravy that goes great with mashed potatoes or crusty buttered bread. Perfect winter dish to feed the whole family.

This great classic, a favourite with English-speaking people around the world, is both a splendid family dish and a winner for entertaining as it can be made ahead and popped in the oven to reheat when needed.
