This beautiful noodle dish using 'Hor Fun' (wide rice noodles) is popular among Asian hawker markets and in my house.

This is the Filipino version of spring rolls, made with pork mince, carrot, cabbage, garlic and spring onions. Great as a finger food.
This coleslaw is different to the garden variety version with mayonnaise. It has very little fat and a fabulous peanut butter, chilli and coriander flavour.
This is a basic Malaysian/Thai satay sauce you can use with any meat, tofu or vegetable dish. Very easy to make.
