Cheesy Fritz Brekkie
I make this nearly everymorning, it's that good. Another idea is to grill in the oven, instead of having it fan-forced. The fritz goes crunchy, the cheese melts and it's delicious with sauce! Coon cheese works best. If you aren't able to continue monitoring the bread while it's in the oven, yoghurt would be a better idea because the cheese will burn if left unattended.
