Toasted turkey and pastrami bagels
Recipe by:
Zoë Harpham
With pastrami (cured, smoked beef) and bagels, the inspiration for this thick, filling sandwich can only be New York City. But unlike the Big Apple's favourite snack, this version replaces the mayonnaise with herby, light cream cheese and includes lean turkey. It is perfect for a tasty lunchtime bite.

The Iron Chef -- Suzi-Q
This is an old Italian recipe from my nonna's kitchen. It is a spread of anchovy, parsley and garlic and is meant to be eaten with crusty warm bread. It is almost sinful to share this secret recipe with the world, but I know you'll love it as much as my family and I do. Refrigerate overnight for best flavour.
Donair

SABMAN
Donairs are a delicacy prevalent on the Canadian east coast, around the City of Halifax. They are very simple to prepare and very delicious. Make a double batch of the meatloaf and freeze the second loaf for later. In fact the second loaf will be better! When cold you can slice it thinner and fry up the slices in the frying pan as you need them.
