This is a lovely seafood pasta dish made with red wine, cream and garlic. It tastes stunning, looks good and is really simple to make.
My daughter has been a semi vego since she was 6yr old. (She eats fish). This has always a favourite of hers. It is quick and nice and creamy. We all really like it too.
This is a tasty side dish, best served after a couple of hours refrigeration. Great if you need to bring a salad for a BBQ. I always make it for Christmas lunch.
