A slightly thinner version of vegemite scrolls with herbs and mustard. These snails make great finger food. Freezing the roll for 30 mins makes them easier to cut thin but is not essential.
Perfect on a warm day, a tangy sandwich that will kick your tastebuds back to life!
A simple and basic but tasty recipe
This recipe comes from my Aunty Sue, and I blame her for getting me addicted to fresh rice paper rolls. They're such a healthy alternative to some other Asian dishes and lots of fun to make together around the table for dinner. This recipe maximises the flavour of the rolls by omitting the rice vermicilli that rice paper rolls are often stuffed with as a filler.
This easy dish is suitable for summer or winter meals.
Great with a bowl of seafood chowder or delicious summer salad.
These mini quiches are so quick and easy you could get your little one to help you. They are great for entertaining, for kids' parties and as a snack and also great for school lunch boxes and can be whipped up in no time! If you don't have puff pastry I have made these without and they still come out really good.
These triangles make great little party nibbles or a tasty entree to a larger meal. The recipe is fairly simple and is primarily a combination of spinach and cheese.
