These are my all time favourite biscuit. The recipe comes from my maternal grandmother. I have very fond memories of going on summer holidays to her house and enjoying snacking on these incredibly tasty treats. Crunchy on the outside and chewy in the centre - though be careful, they're addictive and the whole batch will be gone before you know it!
