This is a lower-fat version of a pasta classic, a full-flavoured meat sauce tossed with strands of spaghetti and served with Parmesan cheese.

After experimenting in the kitchen, this is my resulting delicious bolognese sauce. It's an absolute must for pasta lovers. Serve on a bed of freshly cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
