An old-fashioned favourite gets a new lease on life with this magic makeover. We stretched the beef mince with zucchini and beetroot and used magic oats as a binder. If you're short on time, divide the mixture evenly in a six-muffin pan coated with cooking spray and bake for about 30 minutes.
Indonesian duck chilli
Entok is young Indonesian duck and the first time I made this recipe I used entok mince. You can also use duck or turkey…or even chicken mince. This meat makes this dish lighter and less fatty than using beef mince but it still has plenty of flavour.
