This is a recipe that my sister cooked in Home Ec at high school. Its since become one of my favourite recipes. For the mince, pork or turkey are really good, but you could use chicken or beef also. If you use red cabbage instead of normal cabbage the whole dish turns purple (but still tastes the same).

This mince dish is easy to make and you can have it with pasta or simply on toast... Adjust the level of curry powder to suit taste.
