Hi Ling Ming
This is a recipe that my sister cooked in Home Ec at high school. Its since become one of my favourite recipes. For the mince, pork or turkey are really good, but you could use chicken or beef also. If you use red cabbage instead of normal cabbage the whole dish turns purple (but still tastes the same).
Chop Suey
Beef mince simmered with diced onion, rice, shredded cabbage and green beans. This quick and easy dinner is great on a budget and is ready in 40 minutes.
Savoury Mince
Beef mince baked in the oven with a tin of vegetable soup and a bit of rice, this savoury mince is tasty and has a hint of curry powder. Enjoy alone or with a slice of bread.

Bean and Beef Tacos

Ellie
These tacos have a bit more mild of a flavour as they do not use any taco spices. Seasoned with fresh garlic, onions and red chillies, they still have a bit of a kick.
