Easy Chicken and Meat Marinade
i created this versatile marinade around ten years ago as a simple base for marinating meat. Ideal for any chicken cuts, it also works very well with lamb chops and BBQ beef sausages and is a great hit at parties and BBQs.
Although you can cook the meat after 30 minutes of marinating, it is best to marinate and refrigerate the meat overnight or for up to two days prior to cooking. This marinade mixture is enough for around 1kg of meat.
