A slightly thinner version of vegemite scrolls with herbs and mustard. These snails make great finger food. Freezing the roll for 30 mins makes them easier to cut thin but is not essential.

Another one adapted from a recipe I found in a Tex-Mex cookbook.

This delicious recipe is a guilty pleasure of mine. Enjoy a chewy crunchy caramel base with a rich chocolate ganache over the top that melts in your mouth... You can also do all the melting/heating in the microwave, but it's never quite as good!

These are really quick and easy to make - no creaming the butter and sugar - but they taste great.

Just a luscious tasting cookie that everybody will love. 1 cup of chopped nuts can also be added if there is not a nut issue with children

A biscuit for chocolate addicts. A wonderful easy recipe that is great for kids - easy to make and store well. They can be frozen, either in mixture form, or in biscuit form. Made tiny these biscuits are dainty and lovely to have with coffee or tea. You can also use the normal sized M&Ms if you like, though it is harder to make the dainty sized biscuits!
