This is a simple and easy to toss together recipe using cauliflower. Serve this dish with Indian breads such as thin rotis or naans - even a pita bread will do! Garnish with coriander if you'd like. Asofoetida can be found in some grocery stores, but will most likely be found in a specialist Indian grocery store, it is often called 'hing'.

This is a recipe I have perfected over the years and passed onto many others. The sauce is perfect when creamy and not too thick or too thin. Garam and tandoori masala can be found in most supermarkets.

This is my family's favourite recipe for Butter Chicken. I have refined it over the years I've been making it, and now it's pretty much perfect for adults and the kids too! Not too hot but with lots of beautiful flavours.

This is simply gorgeous because it's so comforting! Preparation is easy, too! The lamb shanks are slow-cooked in a generous amount of red wine. This is best served with the sauce juices poured over mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, risotto or even soft polenta.

My Nonnie used to make this potato salad for me whenever I was at her place. It's a great alternative to mayonnaise-based potato salads but still really tasty. Red wine vinegar works well, too. Make this at least a couple of hours before you want it.
