Dip is a popular and healthy snack with so many choices including cob dip, spinach dip, cheese dip or even beetroot dip as well as guacamole and baba ganoush.
This is a rich and nutritious dip, great with Turkish or Lebanese bread, crackers, tortilla chips or just spooned onto a salad! If you prefer to use dried beans, soak them overnight, then simmer in enough water to cover for approximately 45 minutes, until soft.

The trick to great guacamole is to use good avocados. Make sure your avocados are ripe and if possible the Hass variety works best in this recipe. Add some chilli powder if you like too.
