This is a very rich, custard style ice cream and my favourite chocolate ice cream. You will need an ice cream maker.

This is a really moist and chocolatey cake. Simple to make. The kids didn't even realise it had beetroot in the first time I made it. Decorate by dusting with icing sugar or it is delicious served warm with custard.

I call these the ultimate chocolate chip cookies, because they are super easy to make and bake. They make the perfect pick me up, put a smile on your dial gift. They also happen to be dangerously moreish. Tip. to get super light airy cookies every time, cream butter and caster sugar until it looks similar to texture to whipped cream. Bake these strictly to the 8 minutes baking time.

This lovely tart is perfect for a dinner party; it's impressive, quick and no cook. Although it only takes a few minutes to assemble, leave at least 8 hours before serving for the tart to chill. It can be made in either a 20 or 23cm pie dish or tart pan.
