If you like your cookies soft but not floury, these are for you. You can vary the choc-chips - I love them with mini MMs, or white chocolate and macadamias. Bake them to desired crispness (they firm well when cooled).

This is the treat my children love to make themselves after a good term at school or when they have a friend staying. One cake is big enough to share between 2 children if you can convince them of it!!!

A rich gooey chilled cake that you can cut up into biscuit portions. Pure heaven for anyone who loves chocolate! Be patient, for best results - you will need to chill overnight or for at least 8 hours.

These are tasty chocolate biscuits made with cornflakes - a kiwi classic. You'll find yourself addicted. The good thing is they are REALLY easy to make.

This is a wonderful celebration cake-chocolate and cream. You can prepare the syrup before you start the cake and let it cool.

I got this recipe from a girl I met at Mothers Group. She bought the muffins along to a morning tea we had. My taste buds were struck down that day and I begged her for her recipe. Never was there a better muffin ingredients marriage than bananas and chocolate. These also freeze well and I often include them in my kids lunch box as they defrost in 20 minutes. Depending on the number of bananas and their size, you will usually get more than 12 muffins out of this recipe - but thats never a bad thing.

This recipe has been created with the idea of lowering the fat content. These are so delicious - you'll never miss the fat, and chocolate still makes an appearance!

This is a basic truffle filling to which you can add your own flavourings. You may use this to fill the chocolate shells you make using moulds or roll into balls then into powdered sugar, cocoa, sprinkles or other toppings.

This is without any doubt the best ever chocolate mousse recipe I have ever tried. You have to try it to believe it! This recipe contains raw eggs. We recommend that pregnant women, young children, the elderly do not consume raw eggs.

This drinking chocolate tastes so luxurious and is made from the simplest of ingredients. Use a best quality dark chocolate bar for this, preferably with at least 70% cocoa solids.

Feel free to fiddle with the recipe. For example add a wafer biscuit, whipped cream, marshmellows or chocolate shavings.

This is a yummy, flourless, fail proof chocolate cake - the base and the filling are the same: one is baked while the other is just chilled. Use fresh eggs and good quality chocolate - preferably with 70% cocoa, and don't over bake the base.

This all-time favourite is worth the effort it takes to make. If you're in a hurry, but still crave that combination of chocolate, cherries and cream, make the cake without the shortcrust pastry base. It will still taste delicious.
