I wanted something quick and easy to prepare for breakfast at work and this fits the bill beautifully, especially if you have only got a microwave oven and no stove available. This is so easy and delicious, I shouldn't be sharing it. The trick to making this work well is to cook it in the microwave twice.

The recipe doesn't state this, but II'm assuming that the bacon was supposed to be cooked (well, I cooked mine). I like the idea of a quick scrambling of eggs in the microwave, but I think what you need to keep in mind is the power of your microwave. The recipe says to cook 1 minute, stir, and cook an additional 2 minutes. Mine were completely overcooked at 2 minutes and ended up dry and rubbery. In the future, I will first check the eggs at 30 seconds because I suspect that a full minute may be enough for 2 eggs in my microwave. Garnished mine with some additional crisp bacon and some chopped tomato. Be cautious about your timing, check on the eggs early, and you should be fine.
