    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:6hours  ›  Ready in:6hours10min

    1. Put turkey/chicken on the base of slow cooker. Cut up the carrots into small chunks, peel the onions, and chop up the corriander. Lay them around the turkey/chicken. Cover with vegetable stock and cranberry sauce. Cook for 6 hours. The slow method of cooking will bring out all the natural juice from the turkey.
    2. Cook basmati rice using chicken stock. Serve the turkey over rice. The juice/sauce of this recipe will provide a great flavour on the rice!!

Tasty and really easy to prepare. Was hoping for more of a cranberry taste...maybe next time I will add another jar!  -  01 Jan 2015  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
