This is a great way to make a quick-and-easy breakfast for one person. I add ham and capsicum-but you can vary that depending on what's in the fridge.

OK I had to try this one....not so much an omelette, more of a scramble in a cup. It was pretty good though, fast and convenient however when it comes to omelettes, for me I'd prefer the traditionally shaped folded over in a pan kind.....even if it does take a little extra effort. - 23 Aug 2009

easy for the teenagers to make, good if on holidays because every where has a microwave even if there is no stove. - 07 Sep 2011
