There is no cooking time in this recipe except for the steaming of the veggies. Everything else is assembly. This is a recipe for one so just work out how many veggies you like to eat.
Chop the onion and mix in with the almonds. Put that mix into the food processor or grinder to mix, along with a little veggie salt to taste. Pour into a mixing bowl and mix in with the pasta sauce.
Then after you have steamed the veggies to your liking, pour the sauce over the top of the veggies, add the sprouts, throw on the grated soy cheese, and eat.
