Hawaiian Chilli Dogs

This recipe came about as I simply yearned the taste for some thing different and spicy, and it became a success.

Ingredients

1 hot dog roll
1 quality dog
1 Jar of Aristocrat sweet sliced pickle (or similar brand)
1 slice of thin pineapple
30ml of sweet chilli sauce
50gm or quarter onion, chopped and fried
1 bacon rasher halved and fried
50gm of either sliced or grated cheese

Preparation method

1. Fry the fried bacon and onion and keep hot. Heat the Dog in the micrwave for 45 seconds
 
2. Assemble as follows: Onion on the bottom, bacon along the side, cheese, then about six pickle slices on the other side, followed by the pineapple cut in half .
 
3. Place the hot dog and top with sweet chilli sauce.
 
4. Boost the heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
