A great quick healthy comfort meal that makes you feel great and satisfied during the cold winter nights!!

Serves: 2 

  • 1 packet frozen potato pom poms
  • 1 packet frozen winter chunky vegetable mix (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans)
  • 1 packet cheese sauce mix
  • grated edam cheese
  • 2 x 185g cans of sweet chilli tuna or tinned salmon (whichever your preference)

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Microwave the vegetables until they are half cooked but not raw. Make up the cheese sauce according to the packet's instruction.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together (vegetables, tuna/salmon and cheese sauce). Lay them out on an oven-proofed dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  3. Put the pom poms on very top shelf and fan bake in the oven for 20 mins. Enjoy!!!!!
