Cut the bread in half lengthwise and spread the cut sides with tomato paste (mix crushed garlic into the paste if desired).
Sprinkle on the dried herbs to taste and layer on slices of tomato and chicken, top with your favourite grated cheese. Cut each length into 4 and place on an oiled baking tray. Bake in a preheated moderately hot oven till the cheese is melted (approx 15 mins).
Mix the avocado with chopped fresh chillies and serve alongside each bread pizza as a dip.
