This recipe l designed for my students and has been a great success. When rolling the truffles keep a small bowl of water next to you so that you can dip you fingertips, in order for the truffles to be rolled with ease. You may also use sprinkles instead of rolling them into coconut.

Made these in advance over christmas and they came in so handy whenever we had guests over.
